Data is retained for the following periods, depending on its nature:

- Prospective client data: for as long as there is mutual interest in maintaining the pre-contractual relationship, or until the data subject requests its deletion.
- Client data: for the full duration of the contractual relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
